When first published the book set a publishing standard for clarity of explanation, and more than 300 clear pictrues (see photos) and worthwhile plots and techniques. This is the escond edition.

The true first edition was restricted to 500 numbered and signed copies and was quickly followed by this edition. Some later printings suffered greatly in quality, eliminating the photographic paper in the currently common paperback edition (which is also missing part of the text on page 48! ). This edition is a significant upgrade of this important work if you only have later printings. Also, this one of the finest books on card magic ever written. aPul lepaul, a true legend in card magic, teaches the sleights and routines that made him famous. 31 chapters, 220 pages.

Pass, side-steal, palming, double-lift, changes, false deals, controls, false shuffles, and flourishes. All this plsu over 20 of paul lepaul's favorite routines and effects, including his cards in sealed envelopes. This copy is in good condition with the only noted blemishes being very slight wear to the top and bottom of the spine and the four corners. There also is a black mark on the back cover (see the photos). As with any item this old, the pages show some tanning and aging adn minor imperfections should be expected.

nAy major flaws have been noted. Please inspect the pictures before you bid to get a good idea of the condition of the item and email me with any specific questions.
